I started going to Bliss Salon about 5 months ago after going to some really bad nail salons. The last two times I had Mia. She now is my go to nail girl. Mia does a wonderful job. She always asks me if I like the shape, length ect.. And if I want her to change anything, she would do it with no problem. Mia is also very friendly. We have nice conversations while I'm sitting there for the 45mins or so while she is doing my nails. Great place!!
I'm honestly just genuinely disappointed I spent my $73 on my nails yesterday (Monday) and my pinky finger nail is already lifting off (Tueaday). So I requested biab manicure, no tips with simple nail art. I understand that my nails are short but the whole point of me getting a structured manicure is so that I could grow my natural nail out more. I also wear gloves for my work so I wasn't being harsh with my fingers or hands for them to result in this. First, when I sat down, the files the lady used on me did not look like they were clean of previous debris... immediate concern. On top of that, the entire appointment felt very rushed. If it was the case that you guys couldn't fill me in before the next person's appointment, I would have rather I get honesty from someone about not being able to do my nails. Secondly, the application for the builder gel was bulky on my nails and even when they were filed to level out, you can see that they were unleveled (some parts of my nails have more product than the other side). I know builder gel can come in pots too but I was expecting her to use the bottle. Her nail brush was not clean or brand new either. Due to the fact that the product she used on my nail was so bulky i think thats the reason It also caused air bubbles on my 2 other nails. Which I had asked if it was going to be an issue later on and she said, no, however, that's not what i'm paying for and if I wanted air bubbles in my nails, I would have used old nail polish I had at home from when I was 12, I'm 30... Third, i understand my nails are short. At the same time I was not expecting top tier nail art and I really like the design yet at the same time I really wanted them to be more pleasing. The nail art is cute from Afar, but up close? Not tge best and I have to look at my nails every day, so this too was underwelming. I'm just disappointed i spent my money getting this manicure. I could tell she was struggling with the nail art. So in the end, I gave up and just let it go, like I said, I was not expecting top tier nail art. Overall, like I said, I am disappointed that I spent my hard-earned money visiting here. The lady that did my nails was really kind and gentle with my hands, as I do have hand sensitivity in my hands and nails. I hope this review isn't coming off as me bashing the place itself, but more like this service they say they offer is not one i would recommend to others. I felt like picked something very simple and stress free (in my opinion) and in turn I'm the one experiencing the opposite of bliss...
This is my favorite nail salon in the Lehigh valley. The customer service is always great. My nails are always top notch. The pedicure is refreshing. I always ask for Christine and she does a fantastic job. It’s clean and tidy too. The hair services are fantastic too. The hairstylist Theresa did my hair for my shower and it was beautiful. They are very accommodating for handicap persons as well.
I’ve been going to Hana for over 2 years and I usually get a natural set but when I do decide to switch things up she literally does not miss a beat! Hana and the entire salon is very welcoming. Hana is very accommodating with her schedule (I work an hour away and she always makes time to squeeze me in xo), great customer service and punctual with appointments, she takes good care of her clients and their nails. I will always recommend 100% Hana an Amazing Nail Tech!
Have been going to Hana for over two years. She has been amazing and become like family. She is one of the most talented nail artists in Lehigh Valley. I work an hour away and she has always accommodated my busy schedule and always given me the best advice to care for my nails. The staff at Bliss nails have always been friendly, clean and helpful. When I arrive they always greet me by name ask me how I am doing and my family. My husband even goes there to get his pedicures done by Vicky. I highly recommend anyone to Bliss Nails and if you are looking for a unique design I recommend Hana.
